For our client, we are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Jose, CA. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $208,300 – $301,600 annually.
Responsibilities
- Expand C2PA usage within flagship the company products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption of new technologies
- Lead technology projects that influence the future of digital media integrity
- Participate in architectural discussions, proposing solutions for technical challenges
- Promote best engineering practices to support high code quality standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, managing tasks and priorities efficiently
Qualifications
- 5-6 years in web development focusing on TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks like React, Svelte, Playwright, and Puppeteer
- Proficient in building maintainable, well-commented production applications
- Fluency in using Git and GitHub for version control
- Strong emphasis on documentation and best practices in software development
- Experience in writing well-tested code and understanding testing infrastructure requirements
- Willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement
