Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and promoting our organization’s public image through strategic media relations, content creation, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing our brand’s reputation across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials to promote company initiatives and events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.

Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness and public sentiment.

Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, press conferences, and community outreach activities.

Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

Respond promptly to media inquiries and provide accurate information to maintain the organization's reputation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content tailored to different audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media and internal teams.
