Overview
We have an opportunity for a multi-faceted Graphic Designer to join our team in all aspects of design for our evolving companies and brands. This position relies heavily on your effective use of layout, branding and typography to promote our multiple companies, as well as the hundreds of products that we sell. The ideal candidate has an expansive toolbox at their disposal - who is able to move seamlessly between print and digital design while following brand guidelines. This position will allow you to really hone in your design chops as it allows the opportunity to work on every aspect of design - from product packaging of all shapes and sizes, store signage and misc. print collateral to product highlight, training and sales/promo videos. We are looking for someone to create compelling work out of our Jacksonville, FL corporate office with 2-3 years of experience, a strong portfolio of work, and a creative mindset. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creative Director overseeing and producing designs for use in print, video, social media, e-commerce, and web

Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media, layouts

Work on video assets that are on-brand to promote sales as well as create training videos

Retouching and editing images in Photoshop as needed

Assist with building sales presentations and marketing materials

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

2-3+ years of graphic design experience (retail industry preferred)

Advanced knowledge of the full line of Adobe Creative Suite CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)

Flexible and willing to adapt quickly to project priorities and changes in project scope.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and timelines.

Work independently as well as collaborate with others and work under art direction

Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously via project management tool(s).

Ability to be creative, practical and to troubleshoot issues on their own

Takes initiative to improve efficiency and quality of work

Can serve as a creative resource for the Design Team and company as a whole

Excited about being part of a forward-thinking team that are knowledgeable, high producing, and always looking to learn and grow as a group

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education/Licenses

Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience.

Active Driver’s License

We offer 10 days of paid time off annually to accrue after 90-day period, 6 major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
