Overview Part-Time Content Creator (3-days/week)
Nomad Group is seeking a creative, part-time Content Creator to help shape our brand and expand our presence across commercial real estate, workplace strategy, design, New York City office culture, and the founder ecosystem.
We're looking for a creative storyteller who can capture compelling moments and create exceptional content that helps build one of the most recognizable brands in commercial real estate. Working alongside our brokers and leadership team, you'll create content that showcases our listings, projects, clients, and company while helping grow the Nomad brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, prompt, and comfortable both behind the camera and in the editing room.

Responsibilities

Own Nomad's content strategy, editorial calendar, and day-to-day content production

Shoot commercial real estate video content throughout New York City, including office tours, listings, buildings, neighborhoods, and client-facing opportunities

Capture broker-led walkthroughs, property highlights, construction updates, design/build progress, behind-the-scenes moments, and company events

Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, email campaigns, and our website

Develop a recurring content series and identify creative opportunities that strengthen the Nomad brand and allow our voice to be heard

Manage the content publishing schedule across all marketing channels

Repurpose long-form footage into multiple high-performing pieces of content optimized for different platforms

Collaborate closely with brokers, designers, clients, and leadership to identify stories worth sharing

Track content performance and continuously improve creative based on audience engagement and analytics

Bring a strong creative eye to framing, lighting, pacing, storytelling, captions, music, hooks, and overall production quality

Leverage tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, Flora.ai, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered creative tools to improve speed and output

Qualifications

Exceptional video shooting and editing skills

Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for design, architecture, interiors, and workplace environments

Deep understanding of social media content, especially short-form video and platform-specific best practices

Comfortable filming throughout New York City and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Hyper-Organized approach to files, footage, deadlines, and content calendars

Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building brands through content

Portfolio, reel, or examples of previous work required

Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required. Creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are required.
