Responsibilities
- Operate vMix production software
- Call camera shots to operators via comm system
- Switch between cameras, graphics, and video sources
- Manage lower-thirds and overlays
- Coordinate with Elgato Stream Deck for macros
- Ensure 1080p 30fps output quality
- Troubleshoot production issues in real-time
- Lead production team briefing before service
Requirements
- Experience with video production or willingness to learn extensively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Understanding of worship service flow
- Technical aptitude for software troubleshooting
