Senior Producer – Experiential

A leading company in the experiential marketing and luxury events industry is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the development and execution of high-impact live experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and highly organized production professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple complex projects from concept through final reconciliation.
About The Role
The Senior Producer will oversee the creative and operational delivery of experiential projects, ensuring each program is executed on brief, on time, and within budget. This person will serve as a key point of contact across internal teams, clients, and vendors while bringing strong commercial judgment, production expertise, and leadership to every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the creative vision for multiple experiential projects simultaneously.
Create pitches and proposals, source venues, manage timelines, build schedules, and produce event documentation.
Lead vendor management, including reviewing production drawings, negotiating quotes, and overseeing day‑to‑day communication.
Partner with stakeholders and design teams to provide project status updates, budget tracking, and ongoing coordination.
Manage day‑to‑day client communication and troubleshoot project issues as they arise.
Supervise project assistants and support junior team development when needed.
Create client‑facing materials such as status reports, production books, and schedules.
Own project financials from pitch through reconciliation, including invoice coordination, cost tracking, and margin management.
Serve onsite during setup, live events, and breakdown as the main contact for vendors and clients.
Travel as needed for out‑of‑state event execution.
Balance creative ambition with operational discipline to deliver exceptional experiences efficiently and effectively.
Contribute original thinking, mentorship, and leadership to support a strong creative production culture.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, ideally within the luxury sector.
Extensive experience in creative production for events and vendor management.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets ranging from $500,000 to $2 million.
Proven ability to define margins and negotiate with suppliers to achieve quality and value.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Professional, personable, efficient, and intuitive in high‑pressure environments.
Solid understanding of health and safety, insurance, permitting, and security requirements.
Experience leading teams through all phases of complex projects, from creative development through execution.
Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders across global markets.
