Develop North American public relations communication strategies, define brand communication objectives, key messaging, and communication cadence, and drive the enhancement of brand awareness and reputation in the global market.
Lead the planning and execution of North American PR initiatives, including new product launch PR campaigns, brand co-branding collaborations, industry trade show PR promotions, CSR activities, etc., ensuring all activities align with local market culture, laws and regulations, and brand identity.
Regularly review PR performance by analyzing data such as media exposure, brand search volume, social media buzz, and public sentiment feedback, in order to optimize PR strategies and execution plans and improve communication ROI.
Build and maintain a global core media resource matrix, manage media outreach and coordination, including media invitations, interview scheduling, press release publication follow-ups, and ongoing relationship maintenance, while promptly responding to media inquiries and resolving potential issues during the communication process.
Independently draft English PR materials, media press releases, and news kits (including brand stories, product highlights, executive interview content, etc.), ensuring content aligns with overseas media tones and audience preferences, and driving proactive media coverage and in-depth cooperation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution, with 3+ years of experience in public relations and communications, including at least 1–3 years of North American PR experience. Prior experience in overseas PR for apparel, fashion, FMCG, or consumer electronics brands is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English skills, with English capable of being the primary working language.
Familiarity with the media landscape and a solid understanding of media, editorial, and content operations. Media resources and agency resources are a plus.
Proven track record of successful PR communication projects, with experience in event marketing and topical marketing. Experience in managing celebrity/influencer resources is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent ability to work under pressure.
