Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist

The Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns within Adobe Marketo. This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the migration and optimization of assets from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Marketo operations, with strong email and campaign execution skills (healthcare experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities and activities:
Migrate email, form, campaign, image, and file assets from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo.
Build and execute Marketo assets and programs (emails, landing pages, forms, segments, reports) with high accuracy and quality.
Create and manage audience segmentation, targeting logic, and distribution lists aligned to campaign needs.
Review and refine digital content for brand consistency, design quality, and best-practice compliance.
Analyze campaign and engagement data with marketing analysts to recommend optimizations.
Maintain and enhance reusable templates and operational processes within Marketo.
Support special marketing automation projects as needed.
Qualification:
35 years of hands-on experience in Marketo campaign execution, email operations, and marketing automation.
Strong skills in building emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and automated programs.
Working knowledge of global email compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
Experience with digital content creation and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines (Workfront or similar experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Marketo certifications are a plus.
