To support the team during maternity leave, the part-time Content Support Specialist will manage content editing requests, ensure the accuracy of hotel information, and maintain the hotel tax database while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Process incoming content editing requests, including emails, tickets, and messages
Prepare and proofread texts for product team projects
Ensure the relevance and accuracy of hotel information, including descriptions and policies
Required qualifications
Ability to quickly switch between tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong computer literacy and excellent spelling and punctuation
Experience with Google Docs and confident PC user
Attention to detail, perseverance, and high level of self-organization
English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher
