Responsibilities

Perform an appropriate nursing history and physical upon admission.

Review complete physical assessment.

Perform frequent vital signs.

Identify any problems based on observation techniques.

Analyze all data and incorporate into plan of care.

Compare and correlate data in written record.

Job Requirements
Required

Graduate of an accredited RN Program, upon hire.

Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.

Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire.

Preferred

Med/Surg or Recovery Room and two years GI experience.
