Candidate with solid written and verbal communication skills
Must have a proven track record of preparing and presenting impactful presentations to enable Organizational Change Management in ERP/ Supply Chain space (should be able to show examples of sample material during interview)
Must be flexible to analyze multiple documents and extrapolate the core themes at a summarized level to prepare simple presentations
Must have basic awareness of software development lifecycle phases e.g. Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deliver, Validate, Training
Should have multiple years of experience working in basic presentation building tools e.g. MS PPT, MS Visio, MS Excel etc.
