Seeking a full-time remote Talent Team Leader, who will manage and recruit talent, enhance company culture, and streamline the hiring process while working from home.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and improve the hiring process, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
Vet new applicants and lead onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
Develop and implement team-bonding activities to foster a positive company culture
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, human resources, or organizational management
Proven ability to manage high-performance teams and ensure productivity
Strong judgment skills in identifying qualified candidates who fit the company culture
Availability for team calls and daily check-ins during business hours (9am-5pm EST)
Reliable internet connection for remote work
