About the Role
We are seeking Product Marketing Managers who can translate product language into consumer language for the U.S. market.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Product Managers and Go-to-Market teams. Product teams will define what the product is, what ingredients it contains, and what benefits it is designed to deliver. Your responsibility is to turn that information into clear, compelling, and market-ready messaging that U.S. consumers can understand, trust, and act on.

You will own product positioning, messaging architecture, channel communication strategy, and launch content planning for consumer health and dietary supplement products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product positioning and messaging strategy for new product launches in the U.S. market.

Partner closely with Product Managers and GTM teams during the product definition stage to understand target consumers, competitive landscape, product benefits, ingredient rationale, and channel needs.

Define target audience, key use cases, core selling points, differentiation strategy, and product story.

Build a structured messaging hierarchy, including core selling points, supporting claims, channel-specific messaging, and consumer-facing language.

Create complete product marketing plans, including consumer personas, communication strategy, launch narrative, content roadmap, and channel messaging plan.

Guide localized content strategy across e-commerce, social media, retail, KOL/influencer campaigns, paid media, and other relevant channels.

Translate technical product information, ingredient benefits, formulation logic, and scientific rationale into clear consumer-facing language.

Lead planning and delivery of launch materials, including but not limited to pitch decks, product messaging guides, e-commerce product detail pages, hero image copy, key visuals, TVC concepts, short-form video scripts, sales enablement materials, and POSM.

Work cross-functionally with design, content, product, GTM, sales, channel, regulatory, and external partners to ensure launch materials are delivered on time and at high quality.

Serve as the source of truth for product messaging and ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints, including e-commerce listings, social media, campaigns, partner materials, events, and sales communications.

Support product-related content development for trade shows, brand activations, online product launches, and other marketing events.

Track consumer feedback, content performance, marketplace reviews, social media trends, competitor messaging, and channel performance to continuously refine product messaging.

Provide post-launch insights and recommendations to improve product communication, conversion, and consumer understanding.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, go-to-market marketing, consumer marketing, or related roles.

Experience developing product positioning, messaging strategy, launch content, and consumer-facing marketing materials.

Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer market, consumer behavior, content platforms, and digital commerce channels such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Reddit, DTC websites, and retail/e-commerce platforms.

Ability to translate technical product details, ingredient benefits, and product features into clear, persuasive consumer language.

Strong strategic thinking and independent marketing planning ability; this role requires more than execution support.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate product, GTM, design, content, sales, channel, and regulatory stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s degree or above; marketing, business, communications, or related majors preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer health, dietary supplements, functional foods, food and beverage, wellness, beauty, personal care, or related CPG categories.

Experience launching a brand or product line from 0 to 1 in the U.S. market.

Familiarity with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram, DTC, retail, and influencer-driven content strategies.

Experience creating product messaging guides, product selling point documents, pitch decks, e-commerce content, video scripts, or sales enablement materials.

Experience living, studying, or working in the United States or another English-speaking consumer market is a plus.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based monthly bonus, depending on experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs.

Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, employee discounts, and other applicable benefits.
