Community Mentorship & Engagement Coordinator

Reclamation Restoration Ministries seeks a dedicated outreach coordinator in Baton Rouge to recruit and match 50 trained adult mentors with program participants, and to conduct weekly site visits under the mentorship plan. You will respond to critical incidents, document actions, and guide participants toward program completion.
The role requires 3–5 years of community outreach experience, travel within the parish, and occasional evening hours.
