This is a true build.The OpportunityYou will lead and scale a dedicated Corporate & Investment Banking search practice focused on front-office investment, credit, and capital markets talent across both buy-side and sell-side institutions.The platform is already in place:50+ year brand in financial services recruitingDeep, existing client relationships across banking and investment platformsStrong delivery infrastructure to support executionWhat’s missing is the right leader to own and build this vertical.What You’ll Be DoingBuild and grow a front-office Corporate & Investment Banking search practice from the ground upDrive new business across investment banks, private equity, private credit, and direct lending platformsPartner with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and long-term growth planExecute on high-level search work across roles tied to deal origination, underwriting, and transaction executionEstablish yourself as a market-facing leader within the front-office IB recruiting spaceHire, mentor, and scale a team as the practice growsWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in Corporate & Investment Banking recruiting or front-office financial services searchStrong relationships across banks, funds, or investment platformsDemonstrated ability to generate revenue and build client relationshipsExperience operating at a senior level (Director, Managing Director, or equivalent)Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a businessThe StructureThis is a Partner-track role with:profit shareA highly competitive base salaryAggressive commission structure tied to personal and team productionFull financial support during the transition to ensure stability while you buildYou’ll have the autonomy to run your business while leveraging the infrastructure, brand, and relationships of an established firm.Why This RoleMost opportunities in the market are incremental.
