Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a senior-level recruiter or search consultant. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
