Job Description

Responsible for a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets and to manage and develop select client relationships. Provides superior client experience and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. May assist Senior Leadership with strategic planning for the group. Partners with sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop materials for clients. Provides appropriate solutions based on in‑depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Allocates client coverage to optimize alignment. Coordinates the execution of sales and marketing strategies, including new product development, to maximize sales and new business activity. Continually develops knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree. Higher level education such as a Master’s degree or PhD is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $169,400.00 – $343,300.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
