Regional Sales Leader – Field Coaching & Growth

Global Payments is seeking a District Manager in San Francisco to lead and inspire a regional sales team. You will spend at least three days weekly in the field coaching your team through the sales process and driving growth in larger strategic deals.
You will conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions, while collaborating with leadership on recruiting to maintain a high-performing team. Atlas CRM will be used for lead gen, analysis, and contract processing.
