Responsibilities Mandatory to come 5 days office
Lead a team of React developers in delivering high-quality applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
Own task allocation, and code quality enforcement.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Drive unit testing, documentation, and deployment readiness.
Qualifications / Required Skills Solid understanding of component design, lazy loading, and performance tuning.
Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
