Salary:

Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Position Overview

Our Tuckernuck flagship store is looking for a full-time Store Stylist to support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, styling, cash wrap, restock and overall shopkeeping.
Core Responsibilities

Supports Store Manager to achieve and exceed financial goals and build multiple revenue streams through walk-in traffic, client appointments, consignment and event-generated business
Creates success through a positive and collaborative store environment
Ensures store productivity to increase profitability through exceeding personal sales and clienteling goals
Creates and contributes to a proactive selling culture that focuses on building long term relationships. Maintain awareness and involvement with top clients
Works alongside the store management team and corporate partners to give appropriate feedback regarding assortment/replenishment for the store
Is aware of trends in the regional and national market trends
Minimum Qualifications

At least 3 years of retail or other relevant work/life experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Passion for the Tuckernuck brand
Proactive nature. See something’s not working? Do some brainstorming and help fix it
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
