Area Sales Manager - Boston Heart Diagnostics (SoCal)

Full‑time

Compensation: USD 80,000 – USD 100,000 per year, plus commission

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services across multiple industries. This role supports the Clinical Sales efforts of Boston Heart Diagnostics, focusing on relationships with physicians, clinicians (IM, PCP, cardiologist), endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, naturopaths, and other clinical disciplines.

Responsibilities

Speak with clinicians at all levels about the science behind BHD testing and how it aids in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular disease.

Present product features and benefits using proper sales techniques (probing, qualifying, needs assessment, supporting, closing).

Convert clients in competitive selling situations, driving new accounts to full adoption of our tests.

Manage territory efficiently, using all available resources to grow the business and ensuring ongoing customer service.

Complete all paperwork and administrative duties promptly (expense reports, CRM entry, speaker program paperwork, etc.).

Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as required.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a science‑related field.

At least 10 years of sales experience in Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, and/or the Pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on cardiovascular areas.

Demonstrated top sales achievement and multilevel account management experience.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Valid driver’s license.
