Loyalty & Promotions Analyst at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company

Creating loyalty and digital brand presence for Par Pacific's convenience retail stores in Hawaii and PNW. Making a big impact in a growing organization.

Key activities include:

Execute CRM campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized customer experiences across all channels, including email, app, SMS, in-store, print, web, and social media.

Lead the execution, tracking, and optimization of fuel discount programs, ensuring accurate offer deployment across systems while analyzing performance, customer response, and ROI to inform future promotional strategy.

Implement market-specific loyalty objectives, promotions, and cross-channel strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall business growth.

Partner with the Brand Experience Manager and Customer Experience team, including Price Book and Category Management, to develop and deliver targeted, data-driven communications across the customer lifecycle.

Establish and manage campaign measurement frameworks; analyze performance and deliver actionable insights and reporting to leadership.

Lead customer analytics, providing insights on behavior, lifecycle, churn, and engagement to inform strategy and decision‑making.

Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign effectiveness, including messaging, targeting, and timing.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Merchandising, IT, and Analytics teams to align strategies and support execution.

Manage relationships with digital partners and digital vendors, including loyalty platforms and app providers.

Support marketing initiatives for new and remodeled store locations, including loyalty strategy and integrated promotional planning.

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Additional qualifications include:

Four‑year degree in business, marketing or related discipline preferred.

Extensive digital and loyalty marketing experience working on a variety of marketing and email campaigns from inception to completion.

Experience with marketing analytics and marketing segmentation required.

Proven track record in creating and developing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and Google AdWords preferred.

Strong understanding of convenience store operations and regional customer tastes and preferences.

Willingness and ability to travel to retail sites in Hawaii and the Spokane, WA region and other Par Pacific locations as needed. Travel is expected to be up to 25%.

Willingness and ability to work in stores a minimum of 4 full days per year.
