Solventum is seeking Production Specialist candidates to join our team in Columbia MO!
Shift & Pay
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm)
Starting Pay: $27.21/hour + Shift Differentials
Pay Increase after 6 months to $27.87/hour
Pay Increase after 12 months to $28.55/hour

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Leading operations and serving as a subject matter expert on equipment and processes.
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, and engagement.
Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
Providing team leader tasks on a backup/as‑needed basis.
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High school diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
Three (3) years’ manufacturing experience.
One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment.
