Description
We are seeking an individual who will be hands on in leading, managing, coaching, and being accountable for landscape maintenance teams while ensuring the highest level of quality service is being delivered.
The Consistency Manager will support team leaders and members through training and utilizing the company software, Aspire and make certain teams have the correct quantity and quality of tools and materials for each job. The Consistency Manager ensures the budgeted production hours are understood for each job while supporting the Quality, Efficiency, and Safety Initiative with each member. This individual will work with the Market Director to develop and maintain schedules, keep accurate record of employee times, monitor schedule for completion times, and scheduling equipment and manpower necessary to complete work orders. Consistency Managers actively participate in strategy meetings providing input for efficiency improvement. This individual will oversee proper training and inspections are performed, and that receipts, disciplinary forms, and any other related documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements
1+ years experience in the landscaping industry
2+ years as a team leader or relevant team leading/supervising experience
Possession of a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to handle highly sensitive clients in a respectful manner
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume, fast paced multitasking environment
Strong work ethic and belief in personal accountability
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act
