A Brief Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) is responsible for all marketing assets, advertising, and promotions for shows within the region. This position works in conjunction with artist managers, agents, and marketing teams to develop effective integrated marketing plans that reach the correct demographic and target audiences for each show to drive conversions. The IMM maintains constant communication with talent buyers, local and central leadership to oversee execution of best practices across email, social, media buying, Customer Relationship Management, reporting, etc. The role manages multiple budgets, places media to optimize messaging, and reports on return on investment and advertising spending.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional plans for shows within the assigned region, collaborating with central marketing leadership and local teams to plan marketing spend and roll out long‑term initiatives.

Generate and adhere to marketing budgets, book and account for all advertising and media, and ensure funds are allocated to correct partners. Oversee advertising settlements for each show.

Build digital advertising plans, monitor daily performance, and optimize campaigns for ticket sales. Create ad copy and implement schedules to target specific demographics.

Oversee and evaluate show performance market‑by‑market, making adjustments to meet marketing strategy amid changing market or competitive conditions. Compile relevant demographic data for marketing teams and talent buyers.

Work with central digital media buying, partnerships, CRM, and creative teams to develop digital marketing plans for targeted audiences, custom creative, and impactful partnership activations.

Supervise publicity, advance press interviews, and coordinate artist availability for promotions with management, label, and public relations agencies.

Develop and pitch promotions to media outlets, contact radio stations, schedule radio time, and set up giveaways.

May oversee day‑of‑show duties, including house photographers, venue website management, live social media updates, escorting media, and coordinating meet‑and‑greets and guest lists.

Create email marketing campaigns and edit content to ensure high open rates, CTR, and conversions. Manage the Content Management System (CMS) supporting web content publication.

Oversee creation of graphics for e‑cards, banners, posters, social media posts, radio station needs, and emails.

Conduct marketing research and compile business opportunities for promotions based on fan interest and demographics, including influencers.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for promotional opportunities. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners such as Ticketmaster and AXS on marketing opportunities for shows, emails, banners, and promotions.

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree (4‑year); in Marketing/Business Communications or a related field

4‑6 years of related work experience

Experience with media buying, executing digital media plans, and omni‑channel digital marketing

Experience working with email, mobile, and digital marketing programs

Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing

Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a can‑do attitude

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge of social media and online marketing initiatives and strategies

Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, Rubicon, CMS, and Photoshop

In‑depth knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each can be deployed in different scenarios

Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress

Knowledge of programmatic media and real‑time bidding

Knowledge of data analysis and budgeting

Detail orientation with a high standard for quality; multitask and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships

Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media

Proficient in content marketing theory and application

Ability to switch from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, proving ideas are analytically sound

Team player with confidence to lead and guide other employees when necessary (e.g., content development, creation, editing of content, online reputation management)

Knowledge of the music industry

Analytical in nature, using data to drive decisions

$59,564.55 - $68,250.00

Bonus
This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
