The company offers quality landscaping and snowplowing services and is looking for a dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking Landscape Foreperson / Field Supervisor to join its professional team.
Job Title

Landscape Foreperson / Field Supervisor
Pay and Schedule

Pay Range: $21.00 /hr to $25.00 /hr based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays); snow removal work may require weekends. Shifts are 8–12 hours. Expected hours: 35+ per week.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience, including 4+ years of snow plowing with a truck and/or machinery.
Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team and lead a crew of 2–4 members.
Self‑motivated and reliable with good communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record with no suspensions.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to be on feet for an entire workday in all weather conditions and to lift 50+ pounds throughout the day.
Ability to work overtime and on weekends.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service and engagement.
Mechanical knowledge preferred; experience with power/hand tools, landscaping machinery, and operating snow equipment.
Knowledge of irrigation repair and construction/lighting/retaining walls is a plus.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check (no felonies).
License / Certification

Driver's License – required. Clean driving record with no suspensions.
