Director, Solutions Management - Project and Development Services
Job Summary:

This role is a strategic position supporting the Project Development Services (PDS) Sales and Solutions Development Teams. The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives across global geographies, asset classes and industries.

Job Responsibilities

Supports the PDS Sales and Solutions Development Teams

Implements end to end pursuit and proposal management strategies and applies the appropriate amount of rigor to ensure all deliverables are at top quality.

Develops comprehensive project and program management solutions for design and construction initiatives for clients.

Creates and pitches sales proposals for effective project and program management methodologies in the construction industry.

Adapts management strategies to accommodate regional differences in construction practices and regulations.

Applies market research on regional/programs construction trends and client needs to inform solution development.

Collaborates with global teams to ensure consistent yet locally relevant delivery approach

Develops KPIs and metrics to measure the success of management in construction contexts

Facilitates workshops with clients to identify pain points in their current management processes

Creates case studies and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of proposed approach

Advises on change management strategies to help clients improve their management practices

Stays updated on JLL construction technologies and integrates them into management solutions

Develops strategies to manage complex stakeholder relationships in multinational initiatives

Creates frameworks for risk management and quality assurance

Advises on commercial/ contract structures that support efficient delivery of projects and programs

Collaborates with legal teams to ensure compliance with international construction laws and standards

Develops methodologies for integrating sustainability practices into management for construction

Creates solutions for seamless communication between delivery and services teams in global initiatives

Analyzes and optimizes resource planning across global design and construction projects and programs

Develops strategies for aligning multiple projects within a program to achieve client objectives (programmatic project delivery)

Creates methodologies for effective portfolio management of construction projects and programs

Advises on governance structures for large-scale construction programs spanning multiple regions

Develops frameworks for benefits realization and value management across projects and programs

Skills/Experience

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

10+ years experience in Commercial Construction and Project Management

5+ years experience in Corporate Real Estate

Expert knowledge of commercial and pricing frameworks relevant in construction and project management industry

Expert communicator across mediums, with ability to interact effectively at C-suite level

Experience in sales processes, value proposition articulation, and trusted advisor relationship building

Adaptable, quick‑thinking problem‑solver with entrepreneurial drive

Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills

Tech‑savvy with business analytics knowledge

Cross‑cultural competence and experience in global, matrix environments
