Customer Experience Lead — Drive Sales & Team Growth

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and drive top-line sales while maintaining brand standards. You will also oversee payroll, inventory, and visual presentation to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
The role requires scheduling flexibility, leadership experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. This position reports to the Store Manager and supports product launches and store operations.
