Business Development Director

Responsibilities Assist outsourcing leadership in implementing service‑specific business development efforts, market research, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Assist with training growth leaders on firmwide Marketing Technology strategy and tools.
Provide leadership with data analysis on key performance indicators that support business development efforts and revenue projections of growth leaders.
Lead the Business Development Advisory team that supports growth leaders in managing pipelines and RAP sheet accountability, coordinating client events and gift campaigns, and liaising with firmwide marketing on marketing collateral.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to oversee data quality and governance efforts, ensuring reliable reporting, accurate pipeline and revenue insights, and compliance with organizational data standards.
Assist in establishing and implementing processes and procedures related to the client lifecycle.
Qualifications Eight years of relevant experience required.
Experience in business operations, business development, marketing, and/or project management preferred.
Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Compensation The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $61,000.00 – $105,000.00. The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $72,000.00 – $117,000.00.
