Responsibilities

Direct video shoots and supervise all pre- and post-production of programs/presentations reflecting university standards.

Install, maintain and operate lighting, sound and video equipment for recordings and live sessions.

Edit recorded content to create a high quality polished final product.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production related issues throughout the video production process.

Collaborate with all of the VUSN community to develop video concepts and ensure presenter readiness.

Consult with faculty and subject matter experts to define learning objectives, create delivery methods and determine timelines.

Develop production schedules and coordinate resource allocation access projects.

Monitor emerging audio/visual trends and recommend tools to support innovation and quality standards.

Requirements

Associate degree in digital media or related field is required.

Experience supporting end-to-end production and exposure to academic or instructional environments is preferred.
