Identify and lead the development and production of digital publishing, including ebooks, vertical comics, and digital-first content

Manage workflows for editing and production, supervising content production

Work with other departments to deliver digital content that is engaging and easy to find

Optimize content performance through data insights, SEO, and digital best practices

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in digital publishing, media, or entertainment content preferred

Proven success managing digital content, launches, or digital production

Robust knowledge of digital distribution platforms and monetization models

Demonstrated experience working with creative talent and producers

Robust negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex rights/allowances and labor regulations

Fundamental knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and audience development strategies

Thrives in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to work across time zones

Proven experience publishing across CMS platforms

Knowledge of platform-specific content
