Hybrid Schedule: 2 remote days per week

DNA Partners is partnering with a premier global law firm to identify a highly organized and client-focused Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join its Marketing & Business Development team.

This position supports strategic client relationship initiatives, business development programs, and client engagement efforts designed to strengthen key client relationships and enhance the firm's market presence. The role offers exposure to attorneys, senior leadership, and high‑profile client programs within a sophisticated professional services environment.

Job Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and analytical support to the firm's client relationship and business development functions. This individual will help coordinate client programs, manage relationship‑management materials, support event planning efforts, maintain client data, conduct research, and assist with initiatives that drive client engagement and business growth.

What You'll Do

Coordinate client relationship team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow‑up actions.

Maintain client relationship plans, reports, summaries, and strategic materials.

Support client engagement initiatives and business development programs.

Assist with client outreach efforts and internal relationship management activities.

Coordinate CLE programs, client events, relationship summits, and other client‑facing initiatives.

Manage event logistics, invitations, RSVP tracking, attendee communications, and post‑event reporting.

Maintain and update client information within CRM platforms and business development databases.

Track pitches, proposals, client interactions, and business development activities.

Conduct market, client, and industry research to support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with attorneys, marketing professionals, and business development teams across offices.

Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management related to business development activities.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in marketing, business development, professional services, or a client‑facing environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels of an organization.

Experience coordinating events, meetings, or client programs is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM systems, business development tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

A proactive, collaborative, and client‑service‑oriented approach.
