Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our independent agency has been serving Western New York businesses for more than 70 years, and we're growing our Commercial Lines team.

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in either our Buffalo or North Tonawanda office.

This is a service-focused role supporting an established book of commercial clients throughout New York State. You'll work directly with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners to provide solutions and exceptional service—not cold calls or sales quotas.

You'll support an established book of business and work with a variety of coverages including:

General Liability

Commercial Auto

Workers' Compensation

Commercial Umbrella

Cyber Liability

Commercial Property and more
