What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at XPO

1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

Experience working in cargo claims

1 year of experience working in transportation operations or a logistics environment

2 years of experience investigating customer complaints/issues and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction

Experience working as a member of an integrated team

Customer service knowledge with the ability to advocate for the customer

Knowledge and understanding of the basic requirements for freight movement

Able to effectively cross-train other employees

What you’ll do on a typical day

Provide a single point of contact for premium customers

Utilize available resources to identify issues, offer solutions and provide information to customers regarding shipments, coding, collections, corrections and any other issues

Assist with the training of current and new customer solutions staff
