Requirements
5–7 years of experience with Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/WM, Manhattan Active/WMOS, Oracle WMS
Strong hands‑on experience with MOCA (required)
Experience analyzing logs, trace files, and data flows
Strong background in troubleshooting live production systems
Solid understanding of warehouse operations/3pl
Additional Experience That’s a Plus
Experience with WMS integrations and APIs
Exposure to warehouse automation systems (Dematic, conveyors, ASRS, etc.) - Work with physical equipment that moves products around.
Experience supporting go‑live or post go‑live environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures
Analyze trace files, logs, data flows, and system integrations
Investigate and resolve complex production issues
Support escalations from techno‑functional support team
Work across integrations between WMS, automation systems, and external platforms
Ensure system stability in a high‑volume, 24/7 warehouse environment
