Job Overview
Responsible supervisory and technical work in assigning, coordinating, participating in, and leading activities of utility program specific communications plans for the Deputy General Superintendent of Water Programs. Work includes training, directing staff, communicating with customers, creating communication plans, and coordinating efforts across departments to ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, assign, and lead utility program communications plans.
Train and direct staff.
Communicate with individual customers and larger commercial entities.
Create communications plans with specific terms and durations.
Coordinate efforts across board and city departments to ensure effective and complete communication.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Five years of experience in call center or related customer service functions, including at least one year in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Domicile requirement: waived for application; employees must be domiciled in Orleans Parish within 180 days of hire.
