Oxy seeks a Benefits & Well‑Being Communications Advisor to shape how employees experience benefits and well‑being across the organization. You will help plan benefit communications, coordinate vendor campaigns, and develop employee-facing materials across emails, intranet, webinars, and print.
Work with Well‑Being, HRIS, and Corporate Communications teams to maintain accurate content, ensure regulatory compliance, and align messaging with brand standards.
