Technical Writer - Panasonic

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with production leaders and manufacturing engineers to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.

Create, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents including user manuals, API guides, process instructions, and compliance records.

Use Markdown, Confluence, and Adobe FrameMaker to format and publish content across multiple platforms.

Ensure all documentation meets quality standards, follows brand guidelines, and complies with industry regulations.

Continuously improve documentation workflows, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a technical writer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.

Proficiency in Markdown, Confluence, and Adobe FrameMaker (or similar authoring tools).

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality, accurate documentation.
