Remote Senior Producer — Lead AAA IP

Escape Velocity is seeking a seasoned Lead Producer to lead the development of our new IP. This role will drive the delivery of a major title, oversee internal and external teams across locations, and support creative leaders in realizing their vision.
You will mentor producers, balance budgets and schedules, and ensure core processes are followed. The ideal candidate has AAA game experience and a track record of shipping high‑quality games on time.
