This role is hybrid: remote Mondays and Fridays, with in‑office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Boca Raton, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Candidates should have 5+ years of ad agency experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
