Pro Services Territory Sales Leader

Floor & Decor seeks a leader to drive the Pro business within a designated sales territory, accelerating sales growth and profitability. You will monitor KPIs, build strong relationships with professional customers, and work with Pro Services leadership to execute local strategies.
Key responsibilities include prospecting, pricing and business development, coordinating with sales, operations and marketing to maximize campaigns, and reporting on lead status.
