Regional Development Director - Major Gifts (Remote)

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas is seeking a Director of Development to oversee fundraising efforts in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. This senior role includes managing major donor relationships, leading fundraising strategy, and collaborating with the Marketing team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of leadership experience in fundraising, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in fundraising CRMs. The position allows for remote work but candidates must reside in the DMV area and be open to 50% travel for donor engagements and meetings.
