Crypto Associate Relationship Manager - Electronic Trading

We're partnering with a leading global liquidity provider in digital assets to hire an

Associate Relationship Manager

focused on electronic trading. This role sits at the intersection of

clients, trading, and technology , supporting institutional counterparties active across spot and derivatives markets.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work directly with institutional crypto flow in a

fast-paced, real-time trading environment , with exposure to execution, platform performance, and client interaction.

The Role
You'll support institutional client activity on an electronic trading platform, helping deliver a seamless trading experience while working closely with internal trading and product teams to improve execution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operation of the electronic trading platform, including client setup, permissions, and trading configurations

Monitor and analyze client activity, execution quality, and performance metrics to improve outcomes and flow quality

Engage with clients on execution-related discussions, including pricing, activity, and platform performance

Serve as a key contact for trading-related inquiries and coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently

Partner with trading, product, and engineering teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience

Share market observations and client feedback to inform internal strategy and product development

Assist in building client-facing materials and tailored solutions alongside senior team members

Requirements

2+ years of experience in

electronic trading, execution services, or institutional client coverage

Prior experience in crypto markets , with a solid understanding of digital asset market structure

Familiarity with

electronic trading workflows , including RFQ, APIs, or FIX connectivity

Experience working with

institutional clients

(buy-side or sell-side) in a trading context

Comfortable operating in a

fast-moving, real-time market environment

Strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret trading and execution data

Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally

Additional advantages

Exposure to trading platforms, OEMS/EMS, or market infrastructure

Basic technical proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL)

Familiarity with derivatives or options markets
