How You'll Make an Impact

Champion a zeroaccident safety culture and ensure HSE compliance

Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets

Execute production plans aligned with demand and inventory goals

Ensure ontime delivery and highquality output across assigned lines

Analyze production data and drive performance improvements

Identify and support equipment and facility enhancement initiatives

Resolve critical production, technical, or equipment issues

Guide, motivate, and develop production team members

Your Background

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience,

or

equivalent combinations of education and experience

Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts

Production and material planning experience

Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Strong communication skills and experience with timekeeping systems
