Daybreaker is a global morning dance community of 1M+ people, gathering for coffee parties and morning dance and wellness events in iconic spaces worldwide.

We create substance‑free community experiences focused on kindness, optimism, and joy. By combining community design, storytelling, and event production, we reimagine how people socialize in the morning, building lasting local movements across more than 20 countries.

The Role
As a Daybreaker Event Producer & Community Architect (Producer) you will be the face of Daybreaker in your city. You will build an engaged community, produce weekly or monthly dance events, and promote them to relevant audiences, while working closely with our HQ marketing, communications, operations, and PR teams.

Responsibilities

Find venues and secure permits for day‑break events.

Source talent, performers, and volunteers to run the event.

Coordinate with vendors and sponsors.

Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.

Produce a consistent brand experience that aligns with the global Daybreaker identity.

Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure smooth delivery of events.

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.

Several years of large‑scale event production experience.

Strong network of local influencers, creatives, DJs, and enthusiasts.

Proven community‑building background and ability to organize people naturally.

Deep knowledge of the local arts, music, and cultural scene.

Flexible schedule and a big heart.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active in the startup/tech industry, health & wellness, or local arts & culture community.

Well‑connected with millennials, community leaders, and experienced in full‑cycle event planning.

Open to new ideas, detail‑oriented, and passionate about dance and music.

Participant in Burning Man or similar festivals is a plus.
