Client Services Manager

to support and enhance the client services operations of our fast-paced law firm. This role requires an organized, business-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage a broad range of responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of new client inquiries and existing client interactions.
Maintain the firm's referral network.
Gather and organize marketing data, liaison with marketing and other support staff to optimize strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Key Attributes:

Compassionate and client-centered approach to communication and service.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, and cloud-based case management software.
