Senior Program Manager, TCG Studio

Ravensburger is a global company committed to creating entertainment for children and families. We seek a Program Manager to help coordinate multiple projects and support the studio’s creative and business goals.

Responsibilities

Own the studio master schedule, integrating milestones and workflows across multiple teams.

Prioritize studio work for business impact and partner with leadership to align roadmaps.

Design and operate a studio warning system to identify at‑risk initiatives.

Own problem‑solving and drive practical solutions to keep projects on track and prevent crunch.

Lead the selection and implementation of studio‑wide tools, establish cross‑studio communication and control milestone reviews.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Producer, Project Manager or equivalent, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or consumer products.

Proven ability to manage interconnected schedules and dependencies across multiple teams with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong systems thinker with a bias toward pragmatic, human‑centered solutions.

Comfort operating with influence rather than authority in collaborative, creative environments.

Knowledge of trading card games, collectible fandoms, or tabletop gaming; passion for Disney is a plus. BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
