LV Petroleum is currently hiring Rally's Shift Leads to join our fast-paced team! We are looking for motivated, dependable leaders who thrive in a high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering great customer service while leading successful shifts.

Team Leadership

Supervise and support crew members during shifts.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Motivate staff to meet customer service, speed, and cleanliness standards.
Lead by example and help create a positive team environment.
Customer Experience

Ensure every guest receives friendly and efficient service.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Help maintain a welcoming and guest-focused atmosphere.
Operations

Assist with opening and closing duties.
Monitor food preparation, quality, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
Help maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Cash Handling

Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Assist with shift cash handling and reconciliations.
Follow company cash control procedures and policies.
Requirements

1+ year of food service or retail experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
