Large International Medical Manufacturing Company located in the Jackson MI area looking for a Production / Manufacturing Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
Develop / troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed established metrics
Coordinate New Program Launches - Design, line layouts, capital procurement, equipment programming, setup, and training.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Identify trends using basic SPC tools
Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods
Identify root cause and corrective actions to solve issues with processes, systems, or equipment
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years working as a Production/ Manufacturing Engineer in plant manufacturing environment
Proficiency in statistical analysis and SPC tools
Proven experience in Process Improvement
