Creator Partnership Associate (Fashion Vertical) - Lemon8

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end creator partnership establishment, including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting, and analysis.

Use data to identify emerging creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with creators to develop and scale partnership programs for Lemon8.

Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external-facing graphics/visuals when needed.

Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights. Recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.

Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users, identify potential issues, and find solutions to achieve goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Proven experience in creator partnership or data analysis.

Good communication skills and a strong understanding of content and trends.

Ability to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways.

Preferred Qualifications

Data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy; able to use data to identify and improve user experience to meet demand.

Experience working with large sets of data to generate insights and conduct root‑cause analyses.

Experience at a large technology company (a plus).

Compensation
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70,304 - $168,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
